Manuscript Read and Notes
A close read of a single piece with annotations placed against the passages they concern, rather than a summary at the end. Notes distinguish between matters of evidence, matters of structure and matters of taste, so you can act on the first two and disregard the third if you wish. Suitable for reporters preparing a considered feature.

Source Attribution Workshop
A working session on how to attribute material accurately and how to describe a source's position without overstating their knowledge. Covers on-the-record and background conversations, when to name an organisation rather than a person, what a document can and cannot be said to show, and how to phrase attribution so a reader can weigh it themselves.

Standards Consultation for Small Teams
A structured conversation with a small editorial group about the standards you all intend to hold, held before disagreement makes it awkward. Covers who signs off on publication, how contributors raise concerns, what happens when two members read the same evidence differently, and how decisions are recorded. Suitable for collectives of two to six people.
